So true! “Crystallisation” is an excellent description. I realise my previous comment didn’t accurately express what I was trying to say! It might have been better expressed “you can’t “unhear” what you have heard” – in the sense that if you are given new ways of looking at things, which challenge previous/current perceptions, you know at some level you have been offered a different view to work with.
You can’t “unlearn” what you have learned…..
