SOUL LIGHT

As the clear light of the soul pours in, it reveals the personality for what it is.

As the higher light shines more brightly within us, we begin to see ourselves as we really are, no longer duped nor glamoured by the antics of the personality (the little self). If we become depressed, hurt, ashamed or puffed-up by what we see, or by what we are told by others, it indicates a lack of clear perspective and an undue attachment to the personality. It also indicates an attachment to the opinions of others.

It is not a negative thing (as some claim) to point out a fault or error to ourselves and to others, but it does matter ‘how’ and ‘why’ the fault is pointed out, and how it is received. The more we see in relation to the little self the more we are able to correct errors in our thinking and feeling processes. It is the sifting of the truth from the untruth within ourselves, and the real from the unreal, that truly sets us free.
