Diamonds are created in the depths of the earth
through intense heat and pressure,
much like the perfected men,
created through the many burning experiences
and pressures of life.
Man enters the world
through the process of individualisation
and develops a steadily growing responsiveness
to an expanding environment.
Consciousness of the environment develops initially
through a selfish concern for the little self;
this expands through a protective response to the family,
extending later to the community and nation.
Later the consciousness develops beyond these
to an identification with Humanity,
and eventually with the One Life.
These incremental changes in consciousness are brought about
through changing reactions to the environment.
Each individual goes through this long process
in a more rapid or slower manner, depending on his nature,
The absorption of the atmosphere and the potency in progression
is all related to the fact that Man is created to receive impression;
Human beings possess the needed mechanisms of response
to all facets of the divine expression in manifestation.
It is for this reason that the fully realised man or woman
is always referred to as “a diamond soul”.
