“Before going further into the outward movement of members of the Hierarchy into the etheric plane, it is important to state the main differences between the roles of the Christ and Sanat Kumara in this planetary process. The Christ is the Teacher and World Server of the new age and not the source of the Purpose for the new scheme of evolutionary advancement.
In every age a new purpose is set forth by the Planetary Logos in conformity with the goals established by the Solar Logos, in response to the vibratory impulse of the Galactic Lord, as it passes through particular constellations and stars that have the most direct bearing on the Life of Earth. The essence of this impulse with regard to Earth is then distilled by the embodiment of the Logos, Sanat Kumara, as the departure point for the future.
The Christ, hand in hand with the Planetary Logos, formulates the note of the education needed next by evolving humanity, the mediating intelligence of the planet, and proceeds to sound this note through the ranks of the ashrams within the Hierarchy of Light that are most keyed to the next phase of evolution. The Christ oversees the active participation of the Masters and their ashrams by sounding the note that sets in motion the new vibrational frequency that is arousing the soul of humanity as well as that of the sub-human kingdoms. This process can be observed through the growing attunement of human souls to the new note of synthesis and wholeness.
Such is the resonance of the Ashram of the Christ (the Spiritual Hierarchy) with the note of the Christ that there is no delay in time between the sounding of the Note or Word and its radiation through the ranks of the Masters and their ashrams. But the process can be slowed to a halt by the limitations of the ordinary disciple, a topic that will be approached in depth as it is crucial that disciples take up their responsibility in the chain of hierarchy with a greater sense of urgency.
The role of Christ perfectly conforms to the purpose of the Planetary Logos. To state that Christ was himself the Word of the last dispensation is to signify that He embodied the learning assigned for humanity during the period that spanned the Piscean age, which is coming to an end. His life was given to the mission of our Logos to awaken men and women to their future destiny as embodiments of divine love and light dwelling in the firmament of the Earth. That this mission has not yet been accomplished is all too obvious. Yet the purpose of the mission of Christ two millennia ago has been seeded in evolving humanity.
Another purpose was seeded in Palestine when Christ sounded the note of Will. At the time of His withdrawal from the visible world to ‘return to the Father.’ He had accomplished His mission for that lifetime and understood what would ensue over time from having fused His personal will with that of the Father. It would take the full span of an astrological age for humanity to awaken to the mission of discovering and demonstrating the light and lice intrinsic to the divine Soul. Only then, when the soul is conscious of itself, can the goal of aligning the personal will with the will of the Logos be rightly pursued.
Individuals who place their lives on the line for the sake of truth are following in the footsteps of the Christ, though they would surely deny the analogy. Those who are called whistle-blowers willingly sacrifice their lives to alleviate the pall of darkness that now hovers over human societies. They are the unsung heroes of the world, roundly condemned for trying to restore righteous behavior. It is to the detriment of the human race that they are not recognized or appreciated for their self-sacrifice. Without their voices of protest there would be no brakes upon the vehicle carrying unawakened humanity into a swamp of perdition.”
The proximity of the end of the current world age has inspired this effort to present a picture of the immediate next steps for humanity. We face a daunting challenge in accomplishing this task as the contents will surely overwhelm the mental and emotional capacities of even the most advanced human beings…”
