“There is general agreement on several points accepted by researchers, hypnotherapists and the clients who have brought forward, even against their initial beliefs, the information that for many constitutes sufficient evidence that there is a reincarnation process, and that this process is active today and has been active through time. Here is a list below of generally agreed-upon features of the reincarnation process:
There is a plan for an incarnation and that plan is created before the birth of an individual into the dense physical world.
There is a soul that maintains continuity from incarnation to incarnation.
There are those in spirit beyond the soul who guide an individual during an incarnation.
At the close of an incarnation, the individual is greeted. It returns to loved ones and to a soul family, a group soul.
There is agreement that sooner or later the returned soul meets with a Council of Elders to review the most recent incarnation. There is agreement that it is the soul itself, after reviewing what has happened in the life, who will make the final decision to determine how far the facts deviate from the pre-birth plan. There is also agreement that reincarnation includes provisions for the balancing of karma.
Let it be understood clearly that balancing is balancing. It is not punishment. It is not reward. It is balancing.
There is agreement that the process of life after life, incarnation after incarnation, is one of the means by which a soul becomes an old soul, a mature soul, an advanced soul. These are terms with which many of us are familiar.”

What then is the soul?
“The soul is a swirling potential built around a central core at the heart that is a spark of the Creator of this universe. That spark is ever and always the centre, the heart of a soul. Always. The central spark qualities of the Creator is to be expressed throughout the universe as the soul travels. As experience accumulates, there is increased swirling around the central spark. The soul is the totality of the spark and the swirling experiences.”
The soul connects to the heart and brain of its incarnation by creating a thread of light, which provides life-force to the heart and consciousness to the brain, for the purpose of experience and spiritual growth of the soul. From Source to the spark in the central core of the soul, and to the physical heart and brain. Some call this thread of Life the Sutraatmaa (the thread of the Self).
