A Wonderful Insight into the Scenario of Reincarnation

The Master explains . . .

“For purposes of the material I wish to present, I will consider an individual soul as a vortex of energy swirling about a core that is a spark of the Creator of this universe. There are individual souls and there are soul families.

Soul families, you will find, have a common purpose and the family is gathered around that common focus, which might be narrow or quite broad. Either way, souls in a soul family share objectives related to the family’s purpose which, one way or another, integrates with the planet’s mission. Family members help one another and frequently incarnate at the same time, allowing for generational overlap. Not the entire family perhaps, but family members will tend to group together. 

Part of that reason for grouping is karma. Part of that reason is the objective, the purpose, the raison d’être that the family has chosen as its own. Family members incarnate in concordance with the family purpose. That purpose defines the family’s role in the plan for a specific planet. There is always a purpose for a family coming together. 

Beyond the soul family, there are soul neighborhoods. And like a soul family, soul neighborhoods have something in common regarding the plan for the planet. Incarnations where one family in the neighborhood works with another family in the neighborhood are common. 

Beyond a gathering of soul neighborhoods, you have a soul community. A community has many neighborhoods. A neighborhood has many families. And a family can have few or many individual souls. Now there are gatherings larger than the community, but for my purposes I am not going further. 

I will begin by considering pre-incarnation planning that involves individual souls and a collaborative relationship between soul families in an imaginary interweaving of planning objectives for an upcoming incarnation. This is simplified and imaginary, yet representative.

Planning – A Choreography

To unravel the planning choreography, I will use an example that includes four hypothetical souls from three different soul families:

Soul Family A, which will be my primary focus, Soul Family B and Soul Family C. 

I would introduce you to Soul A1 from Family A. 

From Family B, I would introduce you to Souls B1 and B2. 

And from Family C, I would introduce Soul C1. 

Don’t worry about copious notes. Summary profiles are provided below. 

The souls from Family B have in the past worked with members of Family A. They have known each other and have had slight relationships in past incarnations. For this incarnation however, souls B1 and B2 are less advanced than Soul A1. Soul C1 is the youngest of the four. These are the souls we will follow in various ways through segments of the reincarnation process. We will begin with the planning of objectives.

Planning Incarnation Objectives

Each soul in our example defines their own objectives for the upcoming incarnation. These objectives serve to balance karma from prior lives and contribute to soul growth as summarized in tables below. 

Soul A1, incarnating as a woman, seeks secular business leadership experience. 

Soul B1 has had a great deal of experience in the world of big business and now, incarnating as a male, is going to be presented with family issues that require focus on his son. 

Soul B2 has agreed to go through a difficult childhood in need of much parenting from an at-home father figure or a father figure who is definitely involved in the child’s upbringing. That family unit has been assigned from Family B. 

Soul C1 has had a series of unpleasant business and teamwork experiences. 

Family C arranged with Families A and B that Soul C1 will be working under the guidance of Soul A1, B1 and B2 to gain a positive outlook for teamwork and the self-confidence to express inherent skills. C1 is an example of a younger soul taking advantage of working with more mature souls in order to deal with personal hesitations.

You will find a small profile of each of these souls in the following tables. 

Profile SOUL A1

Profile Highlights:

• Will incarnate as female.  
• Experienced soul; many incarnations.  
• Recognized leader.  Most frequently clerical lives, both male and female.  
• Often bowed to the will of superiors even when doubting their ethics.  
• Has balanced karma relating to avarice and the accumulation of wealth for self or Church.  

New Incarnation Objectives:

Self-Development 

• Gain leadership experience in the secular business world as a woman.  Resist pressure from superiors if/when unethical practices are suggested.  

Unity of Humanity: 

• Create a business environment emphasizing teamwork.  
• Mentor souls from Families B and C to prepare them for broader missions related to unification of the human family.  

Profile SOUL B1

Profile Highlights 

• Will incarnate as male.  
• Experienced in both business world and politics.  
• Habitually, whether male or female, prioritized climb to success above family.  
• Significant karma balanced in last 2 incarnations.

New Incarnation Objectives

Self-Development: 

• Manifest the results of balanced karma by setting wise priorities for business and family.  
• As a male, engage in active parenting.  

Unity of Humanity: 

• Draw on experience of this life and past lives to become a recognized ombudsman between parents with difficult children and the workplace.

Profile SOUL B2

Profile Highlights 

• Will incarnate as male.  
• Experienced combining supportive mothering with a family business, usually a family farm in a small town.  
• Habitually resists experience in larger arenas.  
• Habitually resists fathering experience.  

New Incarnation Objectives

Self-Development:

• Experience a male life.  
• Experience the value of having a father willing and able to prioritize his children and family life above climbing to the top in his chosen career.  

Unity of Humanity:

• Draw on all experience to write his PhD on the role that workplace competition and flexibility play in parenting a difficult child.

Profile SOUL C1

Profile Highlights 

• Will incarnate as female.  
• Younger soul.  
• Both male and female lives.  
• Series of unpleasant teamwork experiences in both work and school environment – angry rivalries, back-stabbing, work not divided equitably.  
• Unpleasant work experiences when dealing with the public.  Resisting further incarnations.  

New Incarnation Objectives

Self-Development:

• Recognize mentoring from more experienced souls.  
• Experience successful teamwork.  
• Experience satisfying work dealing with the public.  

Unity of Humanity:

• Prepare for future lives as a vocal reformer of public institutions and business practice.

Thus the planning goes forward. There are other souls involved – parents, life partners, children – as well as the selection of physical-mental-emotional profiles and major life events for each of these souls. Each soul negotiates with those who will guide their incarnating aspect. But following the interwoven incarnation objectives of these four should be sufficient for introducing new information about reincarnation processes. 

Four souls, three different soul families, all from the same neighborhood. What these four have in common is that their experiences will enrich their individual backgrounds and thus enrich each family’s reservoir of skills. And one way or another, each of the four is working on some aspect of unifying the human family. 

These interwoven objectives and relationships are all arranged in the pre-birth planning phase of the reincarnation cycle. They will incarnate at appropriately different times. Yet none of the objectives, relationships or any other aspect of the planning process will be remembered once the souls incarnate. They are all subject to the inner-plane, past-lives amnesia that is part of Earth’s reincarnation process.

Incarnations – Fast-Forward

Let us quickly review the carefully interwoven life plans for our exemplar souls from Soul Families A, B and C. 

Soul A1 – Experienced soul incarnating as a female. Objectives are to gain strong, ethical business leadership experience while directly mentoring Souls B1 and C1 in a business environment that fosters teamwork and indirectly mentoring Soul B2. 

Soul B1 – Experienced soul incarnating as a male. Soul is intent on demonstrating success of past-lives karmic balance by wisely balancing family responsibilities with business demands. Become an ombudsman between parents with difficult children and workplace demands. 

Soul B2 – Experienced in combining mothering and small family businesses. Volunteered to be a difficult son to Soul B1 in order to break through resistance to male lives. Learn to appreciate the value of a father who puts family above a climb to the top. His PhD explores the influence of the workplace environment on parents with difficult children. 

Soul C1 – Younger soul with a history of unpleasant teamwork and public-contact experiences culminating in resistance to further incarnations. Objectives are successful experiences in both teamwork and public contact to prepare for a future role in Soul Family C. 

Let us now do a rapid summary of what happened to their plans. 

Once incarnate, as the researchers and hypnotherapists will validate, it is clear that you have guides. How direct or indirect the guidance is will vary based on a large number of factors: the mission of an individual soul, the level of maturity of the soul, which tends to indicate how much contact and influence the soul itself has with its aspect in incarnation, the number of close soul colleagues who are incarnate and sharing the same mission, how critical the mission is to the plan for the planet. There are other factors as well. 

The agreed-upon plan had these four souls affected by the same working environment for developmental reasons but they did not share the same personal objectives. And they each entered life with both amnesia and free will. 

As it turned out, Soul A1 did become a management level individual in a sizable organization providing services to the general public. There were a number of different teams in this organization. And as it was a service organization, there was considerable public contact. They had a website, they had clientele. In the course of business, some of their clientele came to them and sometimes they went to their clients. It was an established and successful service organization with a positive public image and a significant public presence. There were front-office teams who dealt directly with the public and all front-office teams relied on back room support staff who rarely, if ever, interacted directly with clients. 

Soul C1 started in the back room. Her soul plan called for her to gain enough confidence to be comfortable moving into the front office where she would have direct public contact. For her, it was sufficient to comfortably gain experience interacting with the public and express her soul’s natural charm. 

Soul B1 dealt directly with the public. He was well-liked and was considered to be one of the leaders on his team. 

Soul A1 was intended to be a manager who would note the talent and innate charm of Soul C1 in the back room, bring her forward and encourage her by providing both opportunities and support for a move to one of the front-office teams. 

Soul A1 was specifically intended to build strong, front-office teamwork such that when the family troubles of Soul B1 became evident, both his teammates and management would offer appropriate flexibility and support. 

Soul B2 did indeed become a disruptive child needing strong parental involvement from both mother and father. He had violent temper tantrums, was unruly and had a tendency to hit other children and take their toys for himself. 

The combined soul plan was that Soul A1 was to foster sufficient teamwork that Soul B1 would feel comfortable when time was needed at home or to meet with the school staff or family counselors. 

However, Soul A1 was herself learning to function effectively in a secular business environment and pre-birth plans started falling apart. 

Soul A1 has experienced many clerical lives and some of those lives were focused on what you could only call the accumulation of wealth for the Church, the accumulation of beautiful artifacts for the Church. While this karma had been balanced, past lives of accumulation at the clerical level unexpectedly took hold and Soul A1, contrary to the life plan, became vested in building the portion of the business she was responsible for. She yielded to pressure from upper management and became entangled in increasing market share, increasing profits and opening new branch offices. I think you get the picture. 

Working with both the front-office teams and back room staff took second place to the balance sheet. Soul C1 therefore was not nurtured, did not move from the back room to a front-office team, did not develop the skills or comfort that were hoped for to contribute to her future role in Soul Family C. 

Soul B1 was not supported by either Soul A1 or his teammates and, as so often in past lives – as male or female – chose business over family. Soul B2 did not have the parental guidance needed and did not, as hoped for and planned for, overcome his difficult-child early life and leverage his own experience to help others. 

Thus, life plans went astray. Each soul had guides who attempted appropriate contact, but they were not heard.”

“That’s the scenario for what happened compared with what was planned. I wanted to get through that scenario quickly, and perhaps unrealistically, because I want you to have some idea of reincarnation practices off-Earth. I ask you to suspend disbelief and for the moment allow my domino-effect scenario to exist as is. I have portrayed a worst-case outcome. I do that intentionally for teaching purposes.

After you have an initial perspective of off-Earth reincarnation, I would ask you to consider one question.

Q. In what way do you think the outcome I have given you for Souls A1, B1, B2 and C1 might have been different if each of these individuals had remembered the details of their plan for this incarnation?”
