Here is a most precious mantra, the Gayatri mantra. It is one of the oldest and most potent mantras chanted by Wise Ones throughout the Ages.
βO Creator of the Universe,
You are the Giver of Life,
The Remover of pain and sorrow,
The Bestower of happiness.
May we perceive Your Supreme Light.
May You guide our minds in the right direction.

As souls traveling the path of ascent, we are always searching for a deeper understanding of ourselves and our true purpose. For lifetimes, we have swung back and forth on the pendulum of life, caught up in karmic ties that often thwart our best efforts. To stop the pendulum from swinging back and forth, we are beginning to weave a new understanding of the soul, which has been largely hidden from human recognition until now.
The regeneration of human life begins as we awaken to the soul and the subtle realities that lie behind the world of form, which can only be discerned through the soul.
For true seekers on the path of life, many are realising that everything associated with the birth of a New Era hinges upon the spreading awareness of the reality of the soul within humanity.
Since the beginning of time, the goal of reincarnation has been to gain knowledge and experience in the material world, which eventually leads to awareness of the soul and the vital role it plays.
To accomplish this, the soul ever establishes two points of attachment with its incarnated self: a thread of life-giving energy attaches to the physical heart, utilizing the bloodstream as its distributing agency, and the consciousness thread which anchors in the center of the brain, directing awareness and activity in the material world through the senses and nervous system.
These two energy factors are the poles of the incarnate being. Through them, the soul on its higher plane lives, experiences, and learns the nature of life in this world. At the end of each life, the threads are withdrawn, and the soul on its higher plane evaluates the life lived and lessons learned.
Until the soul awakens in the incarnated self by treading the upward path, the light of the soul is generally blocked by the free will of the incarnated self and the influences of the environment. We may recognize this condition within ourselves and in those around us.
When enough lessons are learned over many lives, the incarnate self steadily awakens to the nature of human experience. Life is lived, mistakes are made, lessons are learned, progress is achieved, and the physical body passes away to free the soul to take on a new form. In this realization, it senses something greater within itself.
As one approaches the end of human incarnations, the incarnate self discovers the spiritual Path and learns how to contact the soul on its own plane. As the path unfolds, the light of the soul flows unhindered through the consciousness thread, allowing the incarnate self to say with conviction, βI will accomplish the purpose of my soul.”
Finally, a lifetime is lived when the energy expressed in the world cannot be distinguished from the purest energy of the Soul. At this point in its development, the INCARNATE SOUL will contribute selflessly to an aspect of God’s plan for the benefit of the human race, thus ending the relentless cycles of incarnation on Earth.

Many of us today are beginning to explore new territory, full of treasures still waiting to be discovered. As we gain deeper understanding of life and its true purpose, we become more aware of the existence of higher Beings Who are the loving caretakers of humanity. We begin to tap into higher energies that are available and can be offered to others as treasures gained from our explorations.
As we learn to build our own inner bridge to solidify soul contact, we are drawn through the power of love to communicate to others that such a bridge exists and is vital for the next stage of planetary evolution.
May we never doubt that we are always overlighted and loved by Those who watch over us. As we learn to expand our own understanding of life and begin to realize who we truly are in the grand scheme of things, new doors will open for us to enter the living reality from which the New Age and the New World will be born.
Hereβs another beautiful and more recent version of the Gayatri mantra. It pays homage to the Creator of Earth and all that lives within it.

βO Thou Who gives sustenance to the universe,
From Whom all things proceed,
To Whom all things return,
Unveil to us the face of the true Spiritual Sun
Hidden by a disc of golden Light
That we may know the Truth
And do our whole duty As we journey to Thy sacred feet.
