THE ONE CREATIVE ENERGY AS VARYING POTENCIES

Within each of us is a mighty creative power which manifests over time in varying frequencies. In its lowest frequency we feel and notice it in our bodies as sexual urge – a powerful impulse to unite physically, and as desire for pleasure in one form or another. In its higher frequency – in the soul – we feel it as love, an urge for unity. At a still higher frequency we experience it as creative power itself, the ability to consciously create in some form or other. At its highest frequency we come to realise that we are the power itself.

For very many lives we use creative energy in its lowest frequency for the physical release of tension and pleasure. This is perfectly in accordance with evolutionary development. In course of time and through progressive inner development, we begin to express this energy at a higher frequency, as unselfish love and emotional unity, the inner refinement manifesting as cultured elegance in our conduct and behaviour. In time and through further development we begin to tap those frequencies on higher planes which manifest on the lower planes as natural talents (shakti), creative ideals, and true artistic prowess. Finally, and nearing the end of the human evolutionary process, we touch those sublime frequencies which have ever existed within us, and so become one with the essence of Creative Power, the All-Self. It is this primal urge for betterment which guides us in course of time onto the Path of Return and back to the centre of our being.

Creative power, ever increased by concentration of the mind, keeps growing until we consciously reach the boundlessness of the One Self.
