Turn the Light and Love Outward

Lend a keen ear to what the Wise say for They have travelled the Path ahead of us and know the cracks and crevices on the way.

“When you start on a spiritual path and realize that you want to grow spiritually, you don’t want to circle round and round and end up where you began, unless it is on a higher turn of the spiral. There are advances to be gained in your travel. Even if you end up at theoretically the same location, let it be at a completely different frequency, a much higher frequency . . . or maybe just a little higher. The point is that you have a purpose.

On the journey, the astral/emotional plane is where your wants and desires become aspiration, an aspiration to further your spiritual growth. This is the best use of the emotional plane.

The danger I wish to point out is how you mentally and emotionally process this desire for spiritual advancement. Advancement can become just another toy that consumes you with the desire to achieve, to obtain, to own badges for your résumé. This is to be guarded against. Spiritual aspiration is healthiest and most beneficial when you use it in two ways. First, to bring a discerning light to your previous use and storage of emotions and desires in the astral/emotional plane. This requires an assessment of yourself. But do not be a wicked judge. Simply acknowledge what was, acknowledge what it is you would like to change, and go about it by using the power of the mind to help you do so.

The second thing to do in order to prevent ill-use of your aspiration in the emotional frequency is to turn that light and love outward so that you are aspiring to bring through more light and more love and to spread that light and love into the world every time you leave your home, and spread them into the world of the home you live in. That is a positive use of aspiration.

When you put these two pieces of advice together, what can happen and what will happen if you stick to it, is that you will be standing and working with what we call the Global Network of Light. You can think of light, your light, as the light you contribute to this planet – to your next door neighbor, to your flat mate, to your family, to your co-workers.

Part of this light can be sent upward to join a Great Light that is being placed in a band of light circling this entire globe, a network of light that is supported by all who are lightworkers in the world aspiring to spiritual growth. That use of aspiration is healthy and productive for the entire human family.”

The Light of Goodwill is more powerful than we may realise . . . Understand that we are each individual parts of a Whole that is the one Human Spirit. Let us radiate the soul’s light each day by selflessly turning the focus of the mind for a few seconds/minutes toward the whole of humanity. When you do this, imagine each individual light being drawn magnetically into the Global Network of Light, if only for a moment. Each time we direct the light of the mind into the network of light, it grows a little brighter.
