Buried Deep in the Persona

“For eons, the divine spark has been buried deep within the outer persona of the human being, lying dormant until it accumulated enough light through experience in the concrete world of form to become conscious of its inherent spirituality. After long cycles on the dense physical plane of Earth, the souls of countless human beings across the globe are awakening to the limits of the material world and seeking more. This collective movement toward the light marks the start of humanity’s ascent on the upward arc of evolution to the next plateau—on a subtler, lighter dimension of Earth.

“To gauge the magnitude of this event, it is important to understand what preceded it. The dense physical body had to become coordinated, the emotional body had to come into expression, and the mind had to evolve from a primitive state into a faculty able to penetrate light-years ahead into the death and birth of stars and galaxies. At this juncture in evolution, the mind is capable of becoming the searchlight of the soul. Evolution is proceeding to the point where the integrated human personality is able to take stock of the world created from the separative, individualized state of consciousness.”

Spiritual Elders explain that the very first human forms were composed of etheric substance, and took shape on a plane of Earth known as the etheric-physical plane. It was in this subtler sphere that primitive bodies were first developed.

Visualise in the mind a U-shaped valley between two plateaus composed of etheric-physical substance. In the long course of its evolution, the human species descended from this subtler plane into the valley of dense matter, for the purpose of developing the physical, emotional, and concrete mental bodies.

For eons the divine spark lay buried deep within the outer persona, lying dormant until it accumulated enough light through experience in the concrete world of form to become conscious of its inherent spirituality.

As evolution progressed, integration of the threefold personality––the physical body, emotions, and mind––produced a strong sense of individuality that became the driving force in the rise and fall of many civilizations.

Over time, identification with the dense form of the persona produced an overdeveloped sense of individuality, self-importance, and a general disregard for the common welfare. The current state of world affairs marks the limit of this long period of development.

We are growing aware that the separative, individualised state of consciousness is presenting a great threat to planetary life. To counter this threat, we are encouraged to turn towards the light of the soul and to transform the outer persona into a worthy instrument of the soul, which recognizes its oneness with all living creatures.

As we grow together in the soul’s light, we can extend our gaze outward into the world, transmitting the soul’s vision of the New World into the hearts and minds of those who are open and willing to work to make it manifest.

Human beings are multi-dimensional beings––incarnating souls whose vehicles of consciousness include not only the physical, etheric, emotional, and mental, but also higher intuitive capacities.

The purpose of human life is, and has always been, to evolve and grow in spirit by expanding the light within. After millions of years of evolution, the light and love of the soul, our true Self, is finally beginning to flower.

By learning to assimilate the higher frequencies of the Soul—the spirit of Oneness and Reverence for all Life—we transform the inadequacies of the personality and enter a higher state of being.

Soul contact leads to deeper questions and answers and to consciousness expansion in all those among the human family who are ready to look further, deeper, and more broadly into the true purpose of life, and the unprecedented happenings of the time.

As we near the portal of the new age, the influx of Light pouring into the planet is transforming the world that we have known and lifting the human race to a new level of being on a more subtle and beautiful dimension of Earth.
