Hello, world! Welcome to Reflections.

This site is dedicated to clear and creative thought. To achieve this, confusion and doubt must give way to reason and intuition—those higher faculties that dwell within us all and unfold through conscious practice. The purpose of this site is to stir the soul, often dormant or veiled, and to awaken the innate love and wisdom that reside at our core. To recognize the Good and True in this world requires an open heart and the gentle surrender of the little ego to the guidance of the Soul.

Revelation touches all in the flow of daily living: in simple conversations, in dreams, in quiet moments of reflection, and especially in meditation. None are exempt. As with many aspects of life, understanding unfolds in layers, each offering new freedoms while reminding us that there is always more to explore. The site aims to inspire both heart and mind by sharing a rich tapestry of uplifting thoughts and experiences, offered freely, without personal claim of ownership.

In the articles posted, names and personalities are rarely mentioned. This omission reflects a growing realisation that every proclamation of Truth offered by individuals emanates from the One Universal Heart to which we all belong, and that the understanding of Truth arises through the One Universal Mind that unites us all. Thoughts and ideas do not belong to anyone. They exist freely on higher planes, waiting to be accessed by those of us who can reach up and draw them down for sharing. Free of name and claims, the ideas offered may be received and assessed with clarity and impartiality.

To claim ideas, knowledge, and wisdom as one’s personal property is to fall prey to the ploys and machinations of the ‘little self’. Many within the human race have, knowingly or unknowingly, bridged the gap between the lower and higher minds—through which some aspect of Universal Truth is expressed. Many others are now in the process of constructing this bridge. Our task, as awakening souls, at this pivotal moment of Earth’s planetary life, is to remain receptive to these Truths, whenever and wherever they appear—and to clothe them in thoughts, words, and deeds that are clear and accessible to all. In doing so, we partake in the bounty of Universal Love and Wisdom and gradually release our long-held belief in separation.

The articles are presented in a brief and succinct style wherever possible. Quotes and posts from others are either italicized or enclosed in quotation marks for clarity. Understanding some of these posts may call for intuitive perception and open-mindedness. It may also require the ability to visualize concepts, as imagination and visual thinking often reveal valuable insights.
